BREATH PRACTICE

Each class begins with a relaxed breath practise. Usually starting in supine position, we learn how to breathe in the most relaxed, steady and smooth way.

MOVEMENT

Each class is self paced, led by your own heart, but be prepared to be challenged and meet resistance. In each class we explore movement through strengthening and conditioning. I bring in lots of elements and influences to create different yoga movement, somatic movement, mobility and embodiment practices. We do not focus on the end shape or posture, we focus fully on integrity and how things feel. We focus on the freedom of movement and the transitions between the shapes.

MEDITATION

Each class will be closed with a meditation. We turn down the volume and give ourselves space to truly rest. It is a chance to deregulate and rest
